A few things to know before you begin
Photos: phone photos, scans, and screenshots are welcome in the supported formats. You choose their order and confirm the names and dates.
Music: choose an included instrumental track on your private upload page, upload one audio file you have permission to use, or choose a silent video. Preview the music.
Timing: the four-hour clock begins after payment and all required, usable photos and details are complete. A missed accepted first-version deadline means a full refund.
Scope: this is a photo slideshow. Photo restoration, video clips, custom animation, physical media, and operating the venue’s equipment are outside the service.

Here are answers to the practical questions about making a tribute for your family.
Can I order directly for my family?
Yes. You do not need a funeral home account or referral. A family member or friend can place the order and be the main contact. We accept one active order at a time; if checkout is unavailable, email [email protected] with your service date and time.
What should I gather before ordering?
Choose up to 150 photos in JPG, PNG, or WebP format, an opening title and optional subtitle, and your deadline with its time zone. You can arrange the photos on your private upload page. Convert HEIC photos to JPG before uploading, and check names and dates with your family.
Can we include a meaningful song?
Yes. Choose one of two included instrumental recordings, or upload one MP3, WAV, or M4A file you have permission to include. We repeat or trim the track to fit your photos, with fades at the ends. A silent video is also available. Listen to the included tracks and plan your music.
How many photos do we need, and how long will it run?
At our standard pace, 50 photos make a video about 3 minutes 12 seconds long; 75 make about 4 minutes 45 seconds. We support up to 150 photos. Choose the moments that tell their story, then check the time available with your venue. See the photo count and length guide.
When will our tribute be ready?
The first version is due within four hours after payment is confirmed and you have submitted all required, usable photos and details, including any photo-quality approvals. The clock does not start at checkout alone. If your gathering is close, email us about the deadline before ordering. You receive a full refund if we miss the accepted first-version deadline.
What if our family wants a change?
One consolidated revision is included. Watch the first version together, collect everyone’s feedback into one request, and submit it through your private delivery page before the revision deadline shown there. Allow time to review the updated video before your gathering.
How do we play the video and keep a copy?
You receive two downloadable MP4 files: a full HD 1080p video and a smaller 720p backup. Save both before the download deadline shown on your private page. You can keep the downloaded files and share them with family. Ask your venue to test both on its actual equipment; playback depends on the equipment, and permanent online hosting is not included.
