Clear service boundaries
Service terms
Four-hour clock: it begins only after Quiet Tribute confirms rush capacity, payment has succeeded, and all required usable inputs are received. Do not send private media before receiving the private upload request.
Base service
The $149 base service covers up to 150 JPG, PNG, or WebP images; customer-supplied sequence; basic orientation and consistent 16:9 framing; exact-duplicate and low-resolution review; opening and closing text; a choice of two included instrumental recordings or a silent video; one 1920×1080 H.264/AAC MP4; one 1280×720 fallback MP4; and one consolidated revision received before the agreed final cutoff.
Customer responsibilities
The buyer must provide accurate title text, explicit sequence or chapters, service deadline and time zone, an authorized approver, and venue requirements if known. The buyer represents that they have permission to provide and use every submitted image, name, statement, and audio file. For custom audio, the buyer must confirm permission to include it in the video. Quiet Tribute’s included recordings are published under CC0 1.0; see the music credits and sources. One selected or supplied track is repeated or trimmed to the slideshow length and faded at the ends. We do not obtain permissions for other songs.
Not included
Complex restoration, generated faces, age or identity inference, video clips, custom animation, physical media, shipping, livestreaming, venue operation, and equipment setup are outside the base service unless separately agreed in writing.
Proof and correction
The buyer should inspect names, dates, sequence, image choices, and playback before approval. The included revision is one consolidated list submitted by the authorized approver before the agreed cutoff. New material, multiple reviewers, or changes after approval may require a new quote and can change the deadline.
Refunds
A full refund is available if Quiet Tribute misses an accepted first-cut deadline. Before first-cut delivery, cancellation is refundable only if production has not started. After first-cut delivery, refunds apply only to an unresolved technical defect or failure to match the written scope. Buyer-supplied factual, ordering, permission, or compatibility errors are not service defects but can be addressed within the included revision when timely.
Playback
H.264 MP4 is widely compatible, but venue hardware and policies vary. The buyer and venue remain responsible for testing both supplied files on the actual equipment and keeping a local fallback before the service. Quiet Tribute does not guarantee playback on unknown or untested equipment.
Availability and refusal
Rush capacity is limited by measured production health and deadline capacity and is not reserved until confirmed. Quiet Tribute may decline corrupt, unsafe, unlawful, rights-infringing, abusive, or out-of-scope material and will refund unearned payment if the order cannot proceed.
